Please find attached approved memorandum related to the ICS contract proposed to Mr. Moody in 2014. Mr. Moody did not get the entry visa on time and it was agreed with the University of Padjadjaran in Bandung that the lecture would be given in 2015. Furthermore, it has been agreed upon that Mr. Moody would give the same lecture at Universitas of Indonesia in Jakarta. A copy of the initial contract as well as the amended ICS are attached. Mr. Moody will undertake his courses from October 5 to 9, 2015. Internal transportation between the two universities will be supported and organized by the host country. |
