Dear colleagues,
According to the agreement between WIPO and INPI (please find attached the signed agreement), WIPO is providing speakers for the Training on the Madrid Seminar, which is organized by INPI Paris. The INPI invitation by e-mail and program are also attached. As indicated, INPI will cover the travel costs of two WIPO speakers and pay WIPO directly an honorarium for each of the speaker. WIPO will provide DSA and TE only.
Approved memo and cost estimate is attached.
