Title: Study Visit by Paraguay Delegation to INDECOPI
Description: During the General Assemblies held in October 2015, we met with the delegation of DINAPI, Paraguay, and agreed to re-start the IPAS project there as soon as possible. In order to start preparations for the project, it was agreed that the DINAPI team should learn from a current IPAS implementation project, in particular to evaluate the need for assigning local resources to support the project and to learn from the experience of managing similar projects.
