WIPO has been requested by Skolkovo Foundation to make presentation on the PCT at the above mentioned seminar, which will be co-organized by Skolkovo and WIPO. This has been consulted and the participation on this event is included in the approved 2016 workplan of PCT International Cooperation Division (PCT/ICD).
Skolkovo Foundation, however, later requested WIPO to cover not only PCT but WIPO Services and initiatives, especially WIPO Green. A staff member from PCT/ICD is able to deal with PCT related issues but is not able to cover the other topic such as WIPO Green.
In order to respond to the organizers request in one hand and to minimize the extra cost at the same time, after consultation between PCT/ICD and TDC, including WRO, it is proposed to send another speaker from WRO to cover the second aspect. |
