1st event October 25:
- provide a platform for policy dialogue, exchange of views and information among decision makers
- explore possible areas of cooperation among copyright offices in the Central American region and enhance sustainable communication and coordination procedures with the countries
- discuss a strategic and coherent approach for the provision of technical assistance
2nd event October 26 and 27:
- lead participants through debate and discussion to a better understanding of creative activity and the links to IP
- support the copyright offices' efforts in guiding creators on how to use their literary and artistic material and obtain recognition and an appropriate economic reward from it
- focus and engage directly with emerging creative industries of the region. |
