Reference is made to the request from China Trademark Association (CTA) to co-organize a Training Seminar on Intellectual Property Protection with Focus on Madrid International Registration System for Marks within the framework of MOU between WIPO and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China (SAIC). CTA has been entrusted by SAIC to organize the training seminars on the Madrid System promotion in 2017.
Taking advantage of the presence of the international expert in China, it is proposed that the expert be invited to make presentations at two other promotional events which are organized by the Chongqing Intellectual Property Office (Chongqing IPO), in Chongqing, on June 5, 2017, and by the Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce (Guangzhou AIC), in Guangzhou, on June 7, 2017, in cooperation with WOC. |
