(1) Presentation at Regional Level of the Global Innovation Index 2017 for Central American Countries, August 21, 2017: The main purpose of the event will be to increase the public, academic and private sectors awareness of the GII 2017 at regional level and its increasing relevance as a key reference for policy public, academic and business policy makers as well as other relevant actors in the innovation system
(2) Sub-regional Seminar on IP and Technology Transfer (TT): Opportunities, Challenges and Strategic Partnerships between the Public, Academic and Private Sectors, August 22, 2017: To provide a high level forum of exchange of experience at policy and sub-regional level on IP and technology transfer as well as on the importance of strategic partnerships between public, academic and private sectors to facilitate the transfer of technology process and its impact on the national innovation system
(3) Sub-regional Workshop on the Use of IP Tools related to TT Technology Transfer, August 23 and 24, 2017: to provide a practical training to both local and sub-regional relevant actors from public, academic, R&D and private institutions involved in IP and technology transfer management issues |
