Description:	We refer to the attached request of April 10, 2017, by H. E. Ms. Milda Vainiuté, Minister for Justice, Lithuania, requesting the support of WIPO in the development of a national intellectual property strategy for Lithuania and your positive response to the same by letter of April 24, 2017 (copy attached). We have since then engaged with the State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania in determining the next steps and propose that the work towards developing an IP strategy proceed in the following manner:
