Description: |
The goal of the tenth edition of the forum is to investigate and explore the interface of Intellectual Property (IP) law and institutions that take part in the crafting, interpretation, application and enforcement of IP laws, both at the international level and domestically. Countries, legislators, the judiciary, the academy, industries, the public sector, the creative industries, individuals, users, educational institutions, cultural institutional, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), civil societies, amateurs and indigenous communities are just a handful of examples for institutions that play in the field of IP, either as authors, or as subjects of IP law. The Seminar will provide a platform for Ph.D students to present their thesis works related to the theme topic. |
