Title: The Second Heads of Intellectual Property Office Conference (HIPOC) for Pacific Island Countries
Description: The objectives of the Conference are to continue to (i) sensitize the Heads of IP Offices to the world of IP and provide executive learning to increase their understanding of IP and development; (ii) discuss the implementation strategy of WIPO technical assistance to focus on sustainability; (iii) provide the secured environment for exchange of views and learning for heads of IP offices; and (iv) facilitate south-south cooperation by building stronger ties among heads of IP offices in the region.
