either side of central polymorphic SNP; - log10 P values for GWS, - log10 of the P value for
statistical significance from the GWS for single SNP markers (both T test and Permutation test
p-values are displayed; see Example section) and for the most highly associated multi-marker
haplotypes centered at the reference marker and defined by the sliding windows of specified sizes.
