Protecting your Trademark Abroad: Twenty Questions About The Madrid Protocol
The Madrid Protocol, along with another international treaty called the Madrid Agreement, governs the so-called Madrid system for the international registration of trademarks. The system is administered by the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which maintains the International Register of marks.

The Role of Industrial Property in the Protection of Consumers
The study is intended to be a contribution to a work of a far wider scope currently being carried out, in the United Nations system of organizations and elsewhere, on all aspects of consumer protection, with particular reference to the needs of developing countries.
