Mozambique: The Ministerial Order No. 39/2017 of May 15, 2017, approving the Table of Fees of the Industrial Property Institute entered into force on July 17, 2017. It repeals the Ministerial Order No. 188/2006 of December 13, 2006, approving the Table of Fees of the Industrial Property Institute.

This Ministerial Order provides for a new Table of Fees to update the amount of fees to be charged for the registration and maintenance of industrial property rights, in accordance with Article 236 of the Industrial Property Code (approved by Decree No. 47/2015 of December 31, 2015).
