We’re launching a new series of PCT webinars. This time we focus on some of the basics. The series is designed both for those who are interested in the PCT, but are not yet very familiar with it, and for those who wish to revisit its core principles.||In the first episode "It all starts with an invention...", we discuss the essentials of obtaining patent protection nationally and internationally, the principle of territoriality, and the advantages of the PCT System compared with applications under the Paris Convention Further episodes will follow.
