Adrienne Muir is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Science, Loughborough University, UK. Her research interests include preservation, especially digital preservation, legal and ethical issues and national information policy. She teaches collection and preservation management, digital preservation, and legal and ethical issues in information and knowledge management. Previously Adrienne managed Digital Library and Preservation research programmes for the British Library Research and Innovation Centre and the Library and Information Commission. She was a researcher in information and cultural policy at the Policy Studies Institute and a curator at the National Library of Scotland.
