The primary objective of the training program is to provide participants practical knowledge and insight into the use of the tools of the intellectual property system for promoting innovation in SMEs, spin-offs, research centers, chambers of commerce, entrepreneur associations, trade associations, incubators, economists, bankers, lawyers and accountants, so as to enhance their competitiveness in the marketplace. Participation is open to officials from public sector (universities, research centers, etc.), private intermediary organizations interested in IP and innovation issues, chambers of commerce, trade institutions and other SME support institutions involved in innovation issues.
The training program on Intellectual Property (IP) and Management of Innovation in SMEs will be held on March 27 and 28, 2006, at the CRUI Headquarters in Rome, Italy. The participation to the course is free of charge. The working language is Italian, with English interpretation. Participants, or their sponsoring institutions, will have to finance fully their travel and accommodation costs to attend the Seminar.
