Now Available: The WIPO Academy’s 2021 Portfolio of Courses

The WIPO Academy has just published its 2021 edition of its Portfolio of Education, Training and Skills Development Programs. This year’s offerings include a new focus on skills-building, with a particular emphasis on the private sector, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the creative sector. The 2021 edition provides information on a wide collection of courses covering all areas of intellectual property (IP), from copyright, trademarks and patents to traditional knowledge and IP management.
The courses are provided in a variety of languages and in the following formats:
- Newly designed Professional Development training courses for government officials and other public sector stakeholders
- Basic to advanced Distance Learning (DL) and complementary blended learning certification courses
- Joint Master’s degrees on IP with partner universities
- Summer Schools for young professionals and students
The WIPO Academy Portfolio of Education, Training & Skills Development Programs 2021 outlines the content of each course and provides information for potential participants on eligibility criteria, application formalities, timelines, selection procedures, and other relevant topics.
