Notification of International Bureau

312. The receiving Office notifies (Form PCT/RO/113 KM) the International Bureau of the request for recording a change. For transmittal of a power of attorney, a revocation of a power of attorney or a renunciation of appointment, the receiving Office uses Form PCT/RO/123 .
