* Please note that protection in any of the above-listed Contracting Parties may still be pending since refusals may be submitted within a period of one year from the receipt of the notification of a new international registration (Article 5(2) of the Lisbon Agreement and 1967 Act; Article 6(4) of the Geneva Act), or within a period of one year from the date of entry into force of the adhesion of a new Contracting Party (Article 14 of the Lisbon Agreement and 1967 Act; Article 29(4) of the Geneva Act). In the case of Article 29(4) of the Geneva Act, this time limit may be extended by another year.
