28. Limitation.
The rights of an owner of a patent shall extend only to the use of the patented invention for industrial or commercial purposes, but those rights shall not be deemed to be infringed by the following-(b) acts in respect of articles which have been put on the market in Uganda by the owner of the patent or with his or her express consent;
