Hague System – Amendments to the Common Regulations Under the 1999 Act and the 1960 Act of the Hague Agreement

At its fortieth session, the Assembly of the Hague Union adopted amendments to Rules 3, 7 and 21 of the Common Regulations that will enter into force on February 1, 2021.
The amendments will require the indication of an e-mail address by applicants in an international application, by new owners in a request for the recording of a change in ownership, and by representatives appointed as such in an international application, in a request for recording or in a separate communication.
