About the course

The Hague System distance learning course (DL-304) combines interactive presentations and practical exercises on the international mechanism for registering industrial designs with WIPO. Guided by a tutor, participants will gain knowledge on:

  • WIPO’s online resources;
  • the legal framework of the Hague System;
  • practical tips for filing international applications;
  • the management of international registrations; and
  • strategic use of the Hague System, including optimizing efficiencies and avoiding irregularities.
