Aside from a few high-profile instances, the domain name mechanism has worked quite well. You run the risk of getting a reputation for arbitrary confiscation of legitimate but disputed names. At some point, your rulings will then be ignored. I suggest a little moderation when trying to fix a system that is not really broken. Thanks, Chuck Dines
