 The presiding judges in the UDRP arbitration cases seem to make up their definitions of "bad faith" and "illegitimacy" to suit them on any given day: Crew.com, Barcelona.com, etc. The bottom line seems to be, that if a company or individual with money and power wants your domain, they can take it without compensating you for stealing your cyber-property. This is tantamount to someone knocking on your front door and telling you, "I'm taking your house, you have to leave, NOW." and "because of the new law passed yesterday, I don't have to pay you for it!" This whole situation is patently absurd. George Orwell must be rolling in his grave. In the year 2000, Big Brother is not only watching you, he's taking your intellectual property too. Now, the madness continues. It's not just trademarks anymore. It's trade names, place names, etc. Boy, are domain name owners in trouble! Concerned Cyber-citizen
