 Name: Michael Moore Organization: N/A What gices a person or corporation the right to claim a term is intellectual property? Any idea may have been thought before. If my url happens to become the title of a populasr series, why would that series have the right to sue for my url, I am using it and it isn't my fault they used it as the title?
