I will notify ICANN and others about your incorrect decisions. Domain names are a first-come type thing for common names. If your company is "J. Crew" and you want crew.com but somebody has it and is using it, you lose. The concept you have of yanking domains away from people using them for legitimate stuff is just wrong. You need to be shut down.
