Name: Santiago Mejia Organization: Individual I feel that the use of "tradenames" as opposed to "trademarks" is a bad decision. In scientific literature, it is not the person who "discovers," but the person who publishes first who gets the credit. Any company that wants to protect their intellectual property needs to go through the process of trademarking / copyrighting / patenting it. If they didn't care enough to do so, why should you arbitrarily give them protection in the name of "fairness?" This is a global economy and everyone should know the rules by now. Properly controlling your intellectual property is now an essential part of doing business. Thank you for your time. Santiago Mejia
