 Name: Darrell Michaud Position: Legitimate non-profit domain owner The proposed domain dispute resolution policy is too pro big-business. Registered domains should not be taken unless there is a clear and specific (exact spelling) trademark violation. Any other way of doing it on a worldwide scale too heavy favours corporations with resources to spare. What WIPO should do is set up a worldwide trademark registry so that these domain dispute cases are more black and white issues. Thank You, Darrell Michaud
