Studies on Limitations and Exceptions for Libraries and Archives

These studies provide an overview of the nature and diversity of statutory provisions in the copyright law of WIPO member states. They gather library and archives limitations exceptions and provide an analytical survey of the national laws.

These statutory limitations and exceptions primarily address issues such as reproduction for preservation purposes and replacement, as well as document supply and interlibrary lending.
