This webinar (in Chinese) will provide an overview of how to draft dispute resolution clauses in intellectual property (IP) and technology-related contracts and prepare submission agreements for referring IP disputes to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures. It will also introduce the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center’s model mediation and arbitration clauses and submission agreements, and present practical guidance on using tools such as the WIPO Clause Generator.
