When parties are involved in a collective management-related dispute, the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center can provide assistance to them in order to facilitate direct settlement between them or the submission of their dispute to WIPO mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to court litigation. Disputes in the area of collective management organizations (CMOs) may involve a wide range of highly specific issues.
