Anders CHRISTNERhas been a Partner at Advokatfirman Lindahl at its Stockholm office since 1978. His practice has focused over time on Information Technology (IT) matters. From 1996-1997, Mr. Christner was a member of the committee assembled to draft proposed legislation that eventually would become Sweden’s new Data Protection Act.

Since 1984, he has served as a legal consultant and advisor for the Swedish IT and Telecom Association (Svenska It-Företagens Organisation AB), with approximately 1000 member companies, and been responsible for the drafting of its standard agreements. Mr Christner has a long experience of negotiating contracts and commercial dispute resolution matter. He is ranked in band 1 since many years by Chambers Europe and Chambers Global.
