Håkan Borgenhällis a Partner and the Head of the IP Section at Advokatfirman Lindahl's office in Stockholm. Since 1987, he has been serving international and domestic clients in business law matters, with a core emphasis on intellectual property law. Prior to beginning the practice of law, he served as a Junior Judge at the District Court of Lund (1984-1987). He has practiced extensively and conducted litigation in Intellectual Property law, including in the fields of trade marks, patents, copyright and registered designs. He has also worked extensively with respect to legal matters in relation to the Life Sciences, marketing practices, and commercial agreements related to intellectual property.

Mr. Borgenhäll is top-ranked in his practice as a litigator within Intellectual Property and Life Science by international ranking institutes such as Chambers and Partners, World Trademark Review, and IAM 250’s The World’s Leading Patent Litigators. He serves as an expert and lecturer on Intellectual Property at the Swedish Patent Office and various Swedish universities as well as, at times, to the government and the Swedish Bar Association. He currently serves as Vice President of AIPPI Sweden. Mr. Borgenhäll is fluent in Swedish and English.
