To simplify the filing process, the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center provides you with the following options for filing a Complaint or a Response under the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP):
Complaint
- Continue here to complete and submit directly online to the Center an electronic form of the model Complaint, which you may also save and print to submit (including all annexes) in hardcopy and to the Respondent and Registrar.
- Download the model Complaint as a Word document to submit as an email attachment and (including all annexes) in hardcopy to the Center, and also to the Respondent and Registrar.
Response
- Continue here to complete and submit directly online to the Center an electronic form of the model Response, which you may also save and print to submit (including all annexes) in hardcopy and to the Complainant.
- Download the model Response as a Word document to submit as an email attachment and (including all annexes) in hardcopy to the Center, and also to the Complainant.
Please note, in view of the fact that eResolution no longer operates as an ICANN accredited provider, parties may no longer nominate eResolution panelists to serve in UDRP cases filed with WIPO.
