Meeting Between Mr. Iwai, Chairman of JIPII (also Vice Chairman of JIII) and WJO Director Sawai

On July 28, 2021, Mr. Yoshiyuki Iwai, Chairman of Japan Institute for Promoting Invention and Innovation (JIPII) and also Vice Chairman of Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation (JIII), visited WIPO Japan Office and had a meeting with Mr. Sawai, Director of WIPO Japan Office.

At the meeting, they reviewed the cooperation to date between the Japan Institute for Promoting Invention and Innovation (JIPII), Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation (JIII) and WIPO Japan Office, and held positive discussions on future cooperation, especially on the promotion of innovation and intellectual property education.

WIPO Japan Office will continue to actively engage in activities to promote and raise awareness of intellectual property in close cooperation with relevant organizations.
