Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Gommons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Coming into Force Order in council - lndustrial Design Act

Twelve months after royal assent
(5) Sections 54 and 66 corne into force 12 months after the day on which this Act receives royal assent. :[Note: Sections 54 and 66 in force June 24, 2016.]
Subsection 69(1)
(6) Subsection 69(1) cornes into force on the first day on which both section 359 of the Economie Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1 and section 68 are in force. :[Note: Subsection 69(1) not in force.]
