The said amending Law No. 27.588 introduced the following amendments to Part "Special Provisions" of this consolidated version of the Copyright Law: - Amendments to Article 36. - Insertions of new Article 36 bis, Article 36 ter, Article 36 quater and Article 36 quinquies. The English version is for reference purposes only and not a legally definitive translation of the original Spanish text. In the event a difference arises regarding the meaning herein, the original Spanish version shall prevail as the official authoritative version.
