Resolution of the Government of Georgia No. 182 of July 3, 2010, on Fees for Registration of Intellectual Property Objects (as amended by Resolution of the Government of Georgia No. 215 of July 28, 2010)

By Resolution N0. 182 of July 3, 2010 of the Government of Georgia, fees for registration of intellectual property objects are approved.

The fees are approved in GEL, equivalent to USD, accordingly, resident persons make payments in GEL, equivalent to USD.

The resolution provides for discounts in fees, namely: inventors and designers

enjoy a 70%, and students, pupils and retiree applicants – a 90% discount.

The discounts will apply only in case of attaching to the application materials a document certifying that the applicant is a student, a pupil or a retiree.
