《2014年專利條例 (修訂附表 1)令》
(由行政長官會同行政會議根據《專利條例》(第 514章 )第 153條作出 )
1. 生效日期 本命令自 2014年 11月 21日起實施。
2. 修訂《專利條例》 《專利條例》(第 514章 )現予修訂，修訂方式列於第 3條。
3. 修訂附表 1 (巴黎公約國及世界貿易組織成員國、地區及地方 ) (1) 附表 1，英文文本，在 “Paris Convention countries”標題下的
列表—— 廢除 “The Democratic People’ s Republic of Algeria”
代以 “The People’ s Democratic Republic of Algeria”。
(2) 附表 1，在“巴黎公約國”標題下的列表—— (a) 廢除
“玻利維亞共和國”； (b) 按筆劃數目順序加入
“多民族玻利維亞國”。 (3) 附表 1，英文文本，在 “Paris Convention countries”標題下的
列表——

Patents Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order 2014
(Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 153 of the Patents Ordinance (Cap. 514))
1. Commencement
This Order comes into operation on 21 November 2014.
2. Patents Ordinance amended
The Patents Ordinance (Cap. 514) is amended as set out in section 3.
3. Schedule 1 amended (Paris Convention countries and WTO member countries, territories and areas)
(1) Schedule 1, English text, list under heading “Paris Convention countries”—
Repeal
“The Democratic People’s Republic of Algeria”
Substitute
“The People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria”.
(2) Schedule 1, list under heading “Paris Convention countries”—
Repeal
“The Republic of Bolivia”
Substitute
“The Plurinational State of Bolivia”.
(3) Schedule 1, English text, list under heading “Paris Convention countries”—
