Territorial Information
In accordance with the Basic Law of Hong Kong, China, the Government of the People’s Republic of China has decided that the Treaty will apply to Hong Kong, China with effect from October 1, 2008.In accordance with the Basic Law of Macao, China, the Government of the People’s Republic of China has decided that, unless otherwise notified, the Treaty shall not apply to Macao, China.
