1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Copyright Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3 Amendment of Copyright Regulations 1969

Schedule 1 amends the Copyright Regulations 1969.

For subparagraph 51B (1) (a) (ii) of the Act, a body mentioned in Schedule 5 is prescribed.
