17. In the first subsection of Paragraph 7 and in Paragraph 11 of the Procedure for Granting

Permission by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to Use the Patented Invention (Utility Model)

concerning Medicines, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 877 of

4 December 2013 (the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, № 97, p. 3577), the words “the State

Intellectual Property Service” should be replaced with the words “the Ministry of Economic

Development and Trade of Ukraine”.
