INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY (AMENDMENT) | |||
RULES, 2004 | |||
The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred by section 58 of the Industrial Property Act hereby makes the following rules - | Vol. V, Ch. 324-3. | ||
1. These Rules may be cited as the Industrial Property (Amendment) Rules, 2004. | Citation. | ||
2. The First Schedule to the Industrial Property Rules is amended - | Amendment of First Schedule to Sub. Leg. | ||
(a) by the deletion of item 1 and the particulars relating thereto and the substitution therefor of the following - |

“1. On application for a patent. 90.00 1 ” ;

(b) by the deletion of item 5 and the particulars relating thereto and the substitution therefor of the following - |

“3. On a request for the issue of a patent. 40.00 4 ” ; and
|
|

(c) by the deletion of item 7 and the particulars relating thereto and the substitution therefor of the following - |

“On application for certificate of payment of renewal fee : 6 Before the expiration of the 4th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 5th year 50.00 6 Before the expiration of the 5th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 6th year 60.00 6 Before the expiration of the 6th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 7th year 80.00 6 Before the expiration of the 7th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 8th year 90.00 6 Before the expiration of the 8th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 9th year 100.00 6 Before the expiration of the 9th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 10th year 120.00 6 Before the expiration of the 10th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 11th year 140.00 6 Before the expiration of the 11th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 12th year 150.00 6 Before the expiration of the 12th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 13th year 160.00 6 Before the expiration of the 13th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 14th year 170.00 6 Before the expiration of the 14th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the 15th year 190.00 6 Before the expiration of the 15th year from the date of the patent and in respect of the remainder of the terms of the patent 200.00 6”
