I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Enterprise
and Employment, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Sections 35 and 36
of the Copyright Act, 1963 , (No. 10 of 1963) hereby, with the consent of the
Minister for Finance, make the following Rules:
|
|
|
|
1. (1) These Rules may be cited as the Copyright (Proceedings before the
Controller) Rules, 1964 (Amendment) Rules, 1993.
|
|
|
|
(2) These Rules shall come into operation on the 16th day of August, 1993.
|
|
|
|
(3) The citation "the Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller)
Rules, 1964 to 1993" shall include these Rules.
|
|
|
|
2. The Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller) Rules, 1964 ( S.I.
No. 204 of 1964 ), are hereby amended by the substitution for the Schedule
thereto (inserted by the Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller) Rules,
1964 (Amendment) Rules, 1992 ( S.I. No. 149 of 1992 )) of the following
Schedule:

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
