TITLE: PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE ART OF FILM, SUPPORT OF THE GREEK CINEMATOGRAPHY AND OTHER PROVISIONS

ARTICLE 14 

The rent for the projection of Greek long play films on theaters or outdoor cinemas cannot be lower than 30% or higher than 50% of the film’s projection gross collection. No contrary agreement is allowed.  

CHAPTER FOUR National Archive of Films, film libraries and film societies. 

ARTICLE 27 

1. The National Archive of Films is established, in order to collect, preserve, archive and maintain films as well as imprints of any kind, photographs and subjectmaterials related to the art and history of cinematography, as well as the to support the study and research for the Greek cinematography.  

8. The National Archive of Cinematography is obliged to have available the aforementioned copies also to the archive of Hellenic Film Library and to all film libraries recognized by the provisions of the next article, provided that the author of the cinematographic work or the lawful transferee of his rights agrees to that and the film library, pays the expanses for the reproduction of the copy.
