This compilation of Australia's agricultural and veterinary chemicals law consolidates the amendments to the original Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Act No. 36, 1994 up to Act No. 103 of 2010 (prepared 1 January 2011 by the Office of Legislative Drafting and Publishing, Attorney-General's Department, Canberra).

This Act provides for the government of certain Territories in relation to the evaluation, registration and control of agricultural and veterinary chemical products, and for related purposes. The relevant IP provisions in this Act include:
