Year of Version 1990 Dates Entry into force: October 1, 1990 Adopted: April 4, 1989 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Other Notes Article 14(1) of the Administrative Procedure Law provides inter alia that the Intermediate People’s Courts shall have jurisdiction as courts of first instance over cases of confirming patent rights of invention and cases handled by the Customs.
