Year of Version 2009 Dates Entry into force: January 20, 2009 Adopted: December 24, 2008 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), IP Regulatory Body, Industrial Property Notes Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1020 of December 24, 2008, was issued pursuant to Article 1232 under Section VII, Part Four, Chapter 69 of the Civil Code, relating to State registration of the results of intellectual activities.
This Decision was repealed by Article 2 of Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1416 of December 24, 2015, which entered into froce on January 5, 2016.
