'The Law establishes remedies for intellectual property right infringements, compensation (this is the measure instead of the reimbursement of losses), compensation for moral damage and provisional measures necessary for the execution of the court's decision.
The Law contains provisions that permit to apply provisional judicial measures given evidence of infringements of copyrights and/or related rights.'
