'This Decree establishes the objectives of the society, its organs, together with their composition and operation, the internal organization and the conditions for obtaining membership and registration.'

This Decree consolidates all amendments up to November 7, 1994. For the last amendments, see Articles 13, 20, 22, 24, 26, 33, 34, 36-38, 41, 42, 57, 60 and 61.
